A few musings
Updates, demonstrations, sales are all things plant and bulb based!!
Bulbs Galore
From Mid-September we will be showcasing and selling a number of spring bulbs. We will have the 'stock' bulbs by the kilo for sale, along with a variety of specific species bulbs - list will be available later. As part of this we will be selling autumn plants (violas, helebores etc). Some dates already up above, more to be added shortly.
Strawberry Plants for School
We were pleased to supply strawberry plants for the children and Ellingham School. They are starting to come into flower and will be providing fruit to pick during June!
Felton Fair
Felton Fair was a great experience - despite the downpour in the afternoon. We had a great time meeting new customers (and old ones!) and discussing their plant needs. We will be extremely happy to return in 2027 and hope the Swarland event is just as exciting and successful.
Why Choose Us?
At Northumberland Nursery, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality plants and bulbs, expert advice, and community-driven events. We try and offer something a little out of the ordinary, species bulbs etc.
Our plants are grown on our own nursery, where we repot, water and feed them regularly to aim to get plants to you in tip top condition.
We actively engage in our plant pot amnesty - people are encouraged to donate their used pot. we then clean and wash them, and reuse where possible. This helps to reduce the single use plastic int he horticulture industry - it also helps to keep our costs down a little, so we continue to offer great value plant.
Join us to make the most of your gardening experience at one of the listed events.
